Add Momentum is the promoter of this competition and the competition will operate until it is withdrawn from our website. No purchase is necessary for entry into the competition. Any incomplete or invalid entries will be disqualified. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or corrupted during delivery.

The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom England and Ireland who are over 18 years of age at the date they enter the draw. The competition ends at noon on Thursday 22nd February 2007.

The prize of one Nintendo DS and "Trauma Centre: Under the Knife?? game will be awarded to the entrant deemed to have provided the best money saving tip. Add Momentum Limited's decision is final.

All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. However, where a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, such entrant will lose his/ her entitlement to the prize, and an alternative winner will be selected. No correspondence will be entered into with entrants.

The winner's name and county of residence will be publicized after the draw. We reserve the right to publish tips provided by contestants. Furthermore, by entering into this prize draw, you agree to Addeva's privacy policy.

If any winner fails to comply with any of the provisions in these terms and conditions, or any applicable laws, rules or regulations, Add Momentum Limited reserves the right to disqualify the respective winner and select an alternative winner. Entry into the competition implies acceptance of these rules.

The promoter reserves the right to amend the rules of competition or cancel it at any time without prior notice.
